All data — including payment tokens for OVO, QRIS and DANA — is encrypted in transit and at rest. No raw card or wallet credentials are stored on our servers at any point.

Data Retention

Account and transaction data is kept for five years in line with Indonesian financial record-keeping requirements. After account closure, personally identifying details are anonymised within 90 days.
